Edith Kennedy has been a resident of Virginia for over 20 years. Her experience includes, but is not limited to 8+ years in Real Estate. Edith Kennedy furthered her interest into Urban Planning, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Edith Kennedy graduated Summa Cum laude from Arizona State University Class of 2021, School of Geographical Sciences & Planning, with a certificate in GIS, and specifications in sustainability and resiliency. In 2019 Edith Kennedy graduated Magna cum laude with an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration. Her leadership qualities, well-rounded inter and intrapersonal skills are essential for individual and team projects. She is great at actively listening, comprehending, and application. These robust characteristics that she possess help build and maintain relationships. Her hobbies include hanging out with her family, singing & listening to music. She likes several different genres, but her all time favorite is contemporary Gospel & Gospel rap. There is nothing like a good praise & worship song. Other hobbies include gardening, some cosmetology, reading & research, as well as DIY. Her servitude also extends to her communities as she volunteered and interned for Habitat for Humanity South Hampton Roads & volunteered for several other organizations including various churches, food drives, & the YMCAs. She continues to work in her community with a focus in building relationships. Her passion is to genuinely help others achieve their goals with equitable and profitable outcomes in the real estate market.
