Born and raised in Connecticut, Max Cotier brings a unique blend of New England roots and Virginia warmth to his real estate career. After earning his degree in American Studies from the University of Virginia, where he also showcased his teamwork and leadership as a member of the UVA baseball team, Max relocated to the Hampton Roads area to begin his next chapter — one centered around service, connection, and helping others thrive.
