Meet Megan Plant | Operations Coordinator
With over five years of experience in operations management, Megan brings a strong background in business development, team collaboration, and delivering exceptional client experiences. Most recently, she served as Director of Operations for a high-volume fine art portrait studio, where she played a key role in supporting business growth, improving operational processes, and fostering a client-focused culture.
Megan is passionate about building meaningful relationships, creating efficient systems, and helping those around her succeed. She believes that thoughtful communication, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to people are the foundation of a successful team and an outstanding client experience.
A Navy wife and proud Suffolk resident, Megan has called Virginia home for the past four years. As part of a military family, she understands the importance of community, connection, and finding a place to call home. She holds a Bachelor of Science from East Carolina University, with a minor in Business Administration and a focus in Logistics.
Outside of the office, Megan's favorite role is being a wife and mom to her three children. She enjoys staying active, playing pickleball, baking, and taking on home improvement projects. Above all, she cherishes quality time with her family and the community they have built around them.
